Antitrust Division official highlights increased inter-agency collaboration

The Department of Justice is working with other federal agencies on ongoing merger reviews as a result of President Joe Biden’s 2021 executive order ordering a whole-of-government approach to competition policy, a senior counsel at the Antitrust Division has said.
