An agency divided: The Tipline for 30 May 2019

Both Democratic commissioners of the Federal Trade Commission have now come out publicly in support of a ruling that found the agency had shown Qualcomm illegally monopolised the market for certain mobile chips. Meanwhile, one of their Republican colleagues has even more publicly wished for the FTC to lose on appeal.
