Agencies should be more active, says top Antitrust Division litigator
The deputy assistant attorney general for litigation at the US Department of Justice’s antitrust division has said that he is concerned about the agency being a “passive organisation”, and the Federal Trade Commission’s failure to proactively look for economic problems.
