1-800 Contacts seeks FTC reversal

1-800 Contacts is asking Federal Trade Commission acting chairman Maureen Ohlhausen and Commissioner Terrell McSweeny to reverse a decision by an agency judge that found the contact lens retailer harmed consumers and competition by restricting online advertising through settlements with rivals.
