Chinese company divests UK chipmaker despite legal challenge

The Dutch subsidiary of Shanghai-listed Wingtech Technologies has sold its majority stake in the UK’s largest semiconductor manufacturer to a US company despite an ongoing challenge against the national security divestiture order.
