CFIUS reports shows path to clearance is increasingly complex

An annual report on foreign investment control in the US has shown that the path for clearance is becoming longer and more complex, local lawyers have said, citing an increase in in-depth reviews, as well as remedied, re-filed and abandoned transactions.
