France tests Coty judgment, hands out €7 million fine
France’s Competition Authority has fined chainsaw manufacturer Stihl €7 million for preventing its distributors from selling certain products online between 2006 and 2017 – marking the enforcer’s first decision on selective distribution in internet sales since the Coty judgment.
