Forex loss will not deter enforcement, DOJ criminal litigation director says
Despite a federal jury acquitting three UK traders accused of fixing prices and rigging bids on the US dollar and euro currency exchange, the Department of Justice’s antitrust division remains committed to pursuing such cases, its director of criminal litigation has said.
