Feinstein returns to Arnold & Porter

Deborah Feinstein, who spent three-and-a-half years as the director of the Federal Trade Commission’s bureau of competition, is heading back to Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer as a partner in the firm’s Washington, DC, office.
