Federal judge dismisses “inconsistent” telescope antitrust claims

A California federal judge has thrown out an antitrust lawsuit levied at Ningbo Sunny Electronic and its subsidiaries, holding that a competitor’s allegations that Ningbo Sunny monopolised the recreational telescope market while conspiring with another company to raise prices were economically incompatible.
