Italian court annuls ticket seller’s €10.9 million abuse fine

Competition authorities must not use behavioural antitrust probes to examine and penalise mergers, an Italian court has held in a decision to annul a €10.9 million abuse of dominance fine imposed on the CTS Eventim-TicketOne group by the national antitrust enforcer.
