Ex-prosecutors say US DOJ unlikely to back down on heir locators

The Department of Justice will probably not adopt a similar policy of prosecutorial parity toward defendants in the heir locators cartel as it is applying to those accused of rigging bids during real estate foreclosure auctions, former DOJ attorneys say.
