Eleventh Circuit revives auto insurance antitrust lawsuit

A divided panel of the US Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit has reversed a lower court's decision to dismiss a lawsuit accusing auto insurance companies of agreeing what prices they would pay for repairs and boycotting auto body shops that sought higher rates.
