DOJ requires divestiture in graphite electrode merger
The Department of Justice’s antitrust division is requiring the divestment of SGL Carbon's US graphite electrodes business as a condition for the clearance of the company's $264.5 million sale of its graphite electrodes portfolio to Showa Denko.
