DOJ: Prepaid assets give Dish incentive to build network
The Department of Justice sees the divestiture of prepaid cellular businesses to Dish Network as a key incentive for the satellite television company to build the infrastructure it needs to compete against Verizon, AT&T and the new T-Mobile.
