Apple makes new compliance offer to Dutch enforcer

The Dutch antitrust authority has fined Apple the statutory maximum €50 million for failing to make changes to its App Store for local dating applications – although the enforcer said it has “welcomed” a revised set of commitments from the company seeking to correct its abusive conduct.
