Dancing in September: The Tipline for 28 August 2018
You can finally start making plans this fall now that the Federal Trade Commission has released the dates for its first round of public hearings on competition, which start in mid-September. We will have more on the public comments that have been submitted to the agency ahead of those hearings later this week. In the meantime, we have coverage of the FTC’s administrative proceedings against the Ottobock/Freedom Innovations tie-up and an internal report by the Federal Communications Commission that found no evidence of favouritism by chairman Ajit Pai towards Sinclair Broadcasting.
