Two companies agreed to spend more than $2 billion on cookies and marijuana yesterday in separate deals, but who are we to judge? Meanwhile, the Federal Trade Commission says a Pennsylvania federal district court shorted the agency three-quarters of a billion in disgorgement in its appeal in the AndroGel litigation.
