Consumer welfare standard solved problems, Phillips says
Those who criticise modern antitrust enforcement do so without regard for how a revival of antitrust based on factors such as market structure and worker welfare would address problems solved by the adoption of the consumer welfare standard, a commissioner at the Federal Trade Commission has said.
