Concordia asks for confidentiality ring in fight against warrant

Concordia has conceded that in light of a recent UK Supreme Court decision, the Competition and Markets Authority can rely on redacted evidence in defending a search warrant, but requested this evidence be disclosed into a confidentiality ring.
