University of Notre Dame law professor Roger Alford has apparently decided to go public: his online bio now states: "He currently is on leave serving as the Deputy Assistant Attorney General for international affairs with the Antitrust Division of the US Department of Justice." As we said yesterday, that makes for a full roster of deputies, if we count acting criminal enforcement head Marvin Price. Now all they need is their boss, Makan Delrahim, whose nomination seems to be stuck in a Senate queue behind various would-be judges.
