Big Four ordered to pay €23 million for Italian bid-rigging

The world’s four largest professional services firms must collectively pay €23 million after Italy’s antitrust watchdog found that Deloitte, KPMG, Ernst & Young and PwC coordinated bids for a government tender that related to EU funds.
