Overview It has been just over a year since the Competition Ordinance (Cap 619) (CO) – the first economy-wide competition law in Hong Kong – came into force on 14 December 2015. In its first year, the Hong Kong Competition Commission (the Commission) – the main agency charged with investigating conduct that may infringe the CO – has been active in enforcing the CO.
