In merger control, Givry assisted insurance companies Malakoff Médéric, Europ Assistance and La Banque Postale acquire Phase I EU clearance to take over corporate concierge service AEP in December 2017. She also acts for Areva as it seeks to obtain exclusive control of an EDF subsidiary; and Sphère during its proposed acquisition of AEF. Durand represents Total in its takeover two natural gas turbine power plants – which required notifying to the European Commission. Elsewhere, Guibert advised Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund, GIC, as it sold its Westin Paris-Vendôme hotel to Henderson Park in June 2018.
