Linklaters has moved up the ranks this year despite losing Johan Ysewyn to Clifford Chance and Alec Burnside to Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft, a testament to the strength and depth of the firm’s offering. This is in part due to Howrey’s dissolution, but also because the firm has opened a competition practice in the Netherlands and strengthened its antitrust practice in France.
