The Zurich-based team focuses more than two thirds of its time on cartel and advisory work, and the rest on merger control. Of counsel Marc Blessing handles EC competition law and arbitration-related competition matters.
The firm is representing UBS in a case involving credit card interchange fees. It is representing a company in the construction sector in an investigation of alleged price fixing and market sharing by the commission, and a company under investigation for alleged illegal information exchange.
Last year's merger transactions include acting for Sulzer in its sale of Sulzer Immobilien to Implenia, and International Petroleum Investment Company in its acquisition of AIG Private Bank.
