Mr. Schwartz, a partner in FISCHER's Competition & Antitrust practice, represents clients in civil lawsuits and arbitration, including class actions, damages claims and proceedings before the Competition Tribunal and the Supreme Court.
Mr. Schwartz also provides legal advice with respect to competition and antitrust matters relating to merger control, restrictive trade practices, cartels, dominance and monopoly, joint ventures, distribution agreements; and the creation and implementation of internal compliance programs. He also advises clients with respect to administrative and criminal investigations.
Mr. Schwartz also has substantial experience with regards to the Israeli Concentration Law, the Food Law, and other competition-related legislation and regulation.
Mr. Schwartz appears in the 2022 edition of Globes ‘40 Under 40’; the 2020 edition of Global Competition Review’s ‘40 Under 40’; and in the 2017 – 2021 editions of Who’s Who Legal Competition: Future Leaders.
