Yuka Hirano is an associate of Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu. Her practice primarily focuses on M&A and general corporate matters. She has been involved in a wide variety of corporate transactions including cross-border and domestic M&A transactions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings since she was admitted to the Japan Bar and joined the firm in 2017. She graduated with an LLB from Waseda University in 2014 and received a juris doctor from Keio University Law School in 2016.
