Yong Bai

Yong Bai is the head of Clifford Chance’s Greater China antitrust practice. Before joining Clifford Chance, he worked for the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China in its Treaty and Law Department. Yong Bai has more than 10 years’ experience advising domestic PRC and multinational corporations on antitrust, business investment and regulatory matters, at local and national levels across a range of industries. From June to December 2013, he worked in the firm’s London Office. From November 2014 to April 2015, he worked in the firm’s Brussels Office. He is a member of the firm’s healthcare and life sciences group, consumer goods and retail group and telecommunications, media and technology group. Yong Bai holds a PRC legal professional qualification certificate (currently not a PRC practising lawyer) and was admitted to practise in the State of New York in 2011. GCR
