Yingling Wei is a partner at JunHe and head of the firm's antitrust practice group.Ms Wei has over 23 years' experience in Chinese legal practice. Her main focus has been antitrust, M&A and private equity investment. Since the Chinese Anti-Monopoly Law (AML) came into effect, Ms Wei has represented multinational companies and Chinese companies in their merger control filings, advised on cartel, distribution and other AML compliance issues, as well as multiple government investigation cases initiated by China AML enforcement agencies including NDRC, MOFCOM and SAIC, and now SAMR.Ms Wei has been invited frequently by the foregoing agencies in formulating AML regulations.
