Ms. Xuefei Bai, as a senior associate in JunHe Beijing office, has participated in many antitrust investigations and merger control filings for different industries such as pharmaceuticals, energy, electronics and high-tech components, automobiles, consumer products, including various high-profile cases such as investigations against GM, Hitachi, J&J as well as filing for Shell/BG transaction. Ms. Xuefei Bai was invited to attend antitrust China-EU Project seminars in Europe and was listed as one of the Next Generation Lawyers for Antitrust and Competition in China in The Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2018.
