Will Thompson was born and raised in the mountains of Western Montana. After graduating from a high school class of 55, Will went on to a distinguished professional baseball career. After playing, he graduated from Stanford Law School and subsequently clerked for Judge Mary M Schroeder of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and Judge Lee H Rosenthal of the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas. His focus is on antitrust and consumer class actions, while also maintaining an active trial practice in the oil and gas industry, with a particular emphasis on oilfield fraud.
