Waleed M Shoukry

Waleed joined the Cairo Office of Baker & McKenzie in 2007 after working as a public prosecutor. Waleed focuses on antitrust and competition; corporate counselling and governance; private corporate reorganisations; employment advice including domestic, employee compensation and benefits; and general and commercial agreements and contracts. Waleed graduated from the Cairo University Faculty of Law in 2000 and received a master of laws degree in international and comparative law from the American University in Cairo in 2007. He was admitted to the Egyptian Bar Association in 2000. He is also a founding member of the Egyptian Association for the Protection of Competition and a member of the Association Egyptienne pour la Protection de la Propriété Intellectuelle.
