Umberto Celli Junior is associate professor at the University of São Paulo, with a master's degree and PhD from the University of São Paulo and a master's degree in Philosophy in International Law from the University of Nottingham, England. He was visiting professor at the University of Paris I (Panthéon-Sorbonne) (2009), former vice president of the Brazilian Telecommunications and Computer Law Association (ABDI), and currently its board member. He was also director of the International Trade and Development Institute of Law (IDCID).Umberto Celli Junior is member of the Brazilian Bar and is fluent in English, French, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese.
