Tuomas Haanperä leads the competition service at Copenhagen Economics.
Tuomas is an experienced economist with around 18 years of experience gained across a wide range of industries and countries. Tuomas helps public and private sector clients in competition and regulatory matters, including antitrust, merger inquiries, state aid and impact assessments. Tuomas has in-depth sector expertise in healthcare, tech, media and regulated industries.
Prior to joining Copenhagen Economics, Tuomas spent most of his career in the United Kingdom where he held a senior role at a leading economic consultancy and, most recently, was an economics director with the National Health Service.
