Trupti Reddy

Trupti Reddy is an associate in Cooley's antitrust and competition practice, advising on all aspects of EU and UK competition law. She has advised large multinational companies and private equity funds on merger filings in the EU, UK and worldwide and on matters relating to articles 101 and 102 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union. She also regularly advises on competition issues arising from distribution and agency agreements. She has experience across a range of sectors, including financial services, energy and manufacturing, with a particular focus on the high-tech and life sciences sectors.
