Trish Henry
Trish Henry is a partner of King & Wood Mallesons, in the firm’s Sydney office. She has practised across all areas on competition law in Australia and has particular expertise in competition litigation and advising clients involved in ACCC investigations. Trish has extensive experience representing clients in the Australian Federal Court and Australian Competition Tribunal, including cartel proceedings brought by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, other civil and criminal penalty prosecutions brought by the ACCC, and in more general competition litigation involving the ACCC, competitors and other third parties. Trish was described as ‘understand[ing] regulators’ “hot buttons” and knowing when to fight and when to settle’ by The Legal 500: Asia Pacific (2011). She has also been named as a ‘leading individual’ and ‘recommended’ for competition and antitrust in numerous legal publications over recent years. In addition, Trish has been the practice team leader of King & Wood Mallesons’ competition practice and is a trained mediator.
