Tran Hai Thinh is an associate in LNT’s competition team. He has advised multinational corporations in the fast-moving consumer goods, consumer electronics and automotive sectors on various competition law-related issues, from merger filings and cartels, to competition compliance audit and training.
Thinh has co-authored the Vietnam chapters in competition law-focused publications such as the International Comparative Legal Guide to Merger Control and Getting the Deal Through: Cartel Regulation. He holds an LLB and BBA from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Law.
