Ms. Tal Eyal-Boger, head of FISCHER's Competition & Antitrust practice, is one of Israel's leading antitrust practitioners. She specializes in all aspects of competition and antitrust matters and represents clients in complex litigation and class actions.
Ms. Eyal-Boger is consistently recognized among Israel's elite practitioners in the field. She was the first non-academic Israeli lawyer to have been selected by the GCR as one of the best worldwide competition and antitrust practitioners under 40, featured in its 2021 edition among the 100 leading women worldwide practicing competition law and was chosen by Globes Magazine as one of the most influential women in Israel for 2021 for her remarkable legal work.
With over 25 years of experience, her practice focuses on various competition and antitrust related matters - cartels and restrictive arrangements, abusive behavior by monopolies, regulation of oligopolies and merger of companies. She regularly represents clients in civil courts – mainly in class actions as well as in criminal and administrative courts, including the Competition Tribunal.
Ms. Eyal-Boger was invited by the Israeli Competition Authority to act as a non-governmental advisor to the European Commission at the International Competition Network and also served as the Deputy Chairman of the Israel Bar Association's Antitrust Committee.
