Tae Hyuk Ko is a senior associate at Kim & Chang. He practises primarily in antitrust law and general corporate transactions. He advises corporate clients on various antitrust law matters, with an emphasis on abuse of market dominance, cartels, unfair business practices and merger controls. Mr Ko received his law degree from Seoul National University, College of Law in 2004 and graduated from the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea in 2007. Prior to joining Kim & Chang in 2010, he served as a judge advocate officer for the Korean army. He is a member of the Bar of the Republic of Korea.
