Sujin Chan-Allen is an associate in the antitrust practice of Shearman & Sterling’s Brussels office. She focuses on antitrust, state aid and international trade law. Sujin advises global businesses on all aspects of EU competition law, and has particular experience in complex multi-jurisdictional mergers, and compliance in behavioural and contractual matters. She also advises on a range of international trade issues. Prior to joining the firm, Sujin was at the Brussels office of a US law firm, from where she was seconded to a multinational technology company in Paris as acting head of global antitrust. Previously she was counsel at the Trade Law Bureau of the Department of Foreign Affairs, Government of Canada.
