Suhail Nathani
Mr Nathani graduated with a BCom Degree from Sydenham College, Mumbai, with a first class. Subsequently he obtained an MA in Law from Cambridge University, England, in 1990 and an LLM from Duke University, US, in 1991. Mr Nathani is also admitted to the New York State Bar and the US Court of International Trade. Mr Nathani worked in Washington, DC for seven years and was involved in several aspects of international trade law, competition policy and telecommunications.Mr Nathani has been widely published, including an article on antitrust laws in the Duke Journal of International Law and co-authoring a chapter in WTO at Ten, a compilation of articles on the first 10 years of the WTO published by the Rajiv Gandhi Institute for Contemporary Studies. He has also been invited to speak at several national and international conferences including at Stanford Law School, the Manupatra Competition Law Seminars and at several prominent chambers of commerce.
