Stephanie advises on all aspects and phases of anti-monopoly law, including compliance, investigations, merger notification, antitrust private litigation and fair competition review. She has advised dozens of multinational and domestic companies on contentious and noncontentious matters, including antitrust consultancy and compliance, response to investigation, merger filing and litigation covering a broad spectrum of industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, technology, aviation, semiconductor, automotive, chemicals, consumer products and financial institutions, among others.
