Stephan M Levy

Dr Stephan M Levy is a director at Navigant Economics with expertise in industrial organisation, antitrust and econometrics. Dr Levy has extensive experience providing economic analyses in antitrust and intellectual property litigation in numerous industries, including pharmaceuticals, health care, computer software, and aerospace and defence. He has assisted clients with steering mergers through the antitrust clearance process before the Federal Trade Commission or Department of Justice. He has also assisted clients in non-merger antitrust litigation, examining issues of antitrust liability, impact and damages.Dr Levy has previously served as an economist at the US Federal Trade Commission and an instructor at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He is a member of the American Economic Association and an associate member of the American Bar Association.Dr Levy earned a PhD in Business Economics and public policy from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, and a BA in Economics from Tulane University.
