Sinead O'Loghlin

Sinead O'Loghlin is a barrister-at-law in the corporate and M&A department of Dillon Eustace Solicitors. Sinead specialises in corporate law with particular expertise in the area of corporate structuring, distribution law, electronic communications and competition laws. Sinead advises on contractual and commercial issues across a broad spectrum of industry sectors, both for domestic and international clients and has published broadly in these areas. Sinead holds a Masters degree in Law from the University of Dublin, Trinity College, where she is currently pursuing a PhD on EU Media Law.
