Shruthi N Rao is a member of the competition law practice in the Delhi office of AZB & Partners. She has been a part of several ongoing antitrust investigations before the Competition Commission of India (CCI), the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court of India for vertical restraint and abuse of dominance issues. She has also represented and advised various clients on landmark and complex merger control matters before the CCI. Her experience includes industries such as banking and insurance, broadcasting, aviation, automotive, and technology and digital markets.
