Shigeyoshi Ezaki

He represents many companies involved in cross-border mergers and acquisitions as well as joint venture arrangements. He also assists many clients in regulatory investigations with respect to price fixing and similar serious alleged violations before the Japan Fair Trade Commission, as well as overseas regulatory authorities such as the US Department of Justice and the European Commission. He also represents many companies in the area of distribution agreements and license agreements. He was educated in Japan and in the United States and is admitted in both Japan and New York.
