Sangeetha is a senior associate in the competition team at AZB & Partners. She has represented clients in contentious enforcement cases before the CCI and the COMPAT. Similarly, on the merger control front, she has worked on drafting notifications and successfully obtaining clearances from the CCI for various transactions. She is also regularly involved in competition audit and compliance for various companies. She has represented clients from a wide range of sectors including cement, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, financial services, energy, media and automobiles. Sangeetha received her BA LLB (Hons) in 2009 from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur and her master’s in law (LLM) in 2015 from the University of Chicago Law School.
