Sang Hyuk Park is a senior foreign attorney at Kim & Chang. He has extensive experience in the areas of corporate law, antitrust law, dispute resolution, crisis management and public affairs. He regularly advises corporations, financial institutions and private equity fund sponsors, as well as company management, boards of directors and special committees on all types of transactions, disputes and investigations. Fluent in English and Korean, Mr Park has particular experience and expertise in advising clients on significant cross-border matters, including mergers and acquisitions transactions and antitrust investigations.Before joining Kim & Chang, Mr Park practised law in New York at Dechert LLP, where he became a partner in 2003. Prior to joining Dechert LLP in 1996, he was a foreign attorney at Kim & Chang from 1994 to 1996. Mr Park is a graduate of the University of Chicago (BA, with honours, 1990) and Cornell Law School (JD, 1993), where he was a note editor of the Cornell International Law Journal.
