Sagardeep Rathi is a New Delhi-based partner in Khaitan & Co’s competition and antitrust law practice. He has more than 13 years of experience in advising clients on a variety of competition law issues, including anticompetitive agreements, abuse of dominance and merger control filings. He has advised clients operating in a wide variety of sectors, including airlines, cement, real estate, e-commerce, tyres, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, batteries and auto components. His cross-sectoral experience has allowed him to successfully defend various clients against allegations of bid rigging and cartelisation.
